∙ 9y agoThe six men who were photographed raising the flag on Iwo Jima were: Ira Hayes, Franklin Sousley, John Bradley, Harlon Block, Michael Strank and Rene Gagnon. Of the six Sousley, Block and Strank all died shortly after the picture was taken.
