Christianity greatly influenced society, and the entire world. It gave people an ideal, a way to advance society and learning to live together. It has caused enough influence that people have died over it, example, the Crusades. If Christianity never formed, many new values would have been lost, and the current would wouldn't be the same.

Christianity was influenced by Jesus Christ! God's one and only son he sent to this earth to lead a perfect life and die for our sins so we may accept him and be forgiven of our own sins and have eternal life in heaven :D!!

Originally, Christianity emerged in a time where the Jews were politically oppressed by the Romans. Many looked forward to a Messiah who would restore Israel.
