The three places of Pauls journey were Corinth, Antioch and Thesolonica.
Apostle Paul was in Antioch for a number of months. He reached Phrygia and Galatia and finally traveled to Ephesus.

A:The missionary trips are in Acts of the Apostles only. Paul's own epistles never mention, and actually preclude, the three missionary trips described in the later book.
We can be if we wanted to. There are some of us who don't want to go on missionary trips and there are some of us that do, it's not mandatory.
