Apollo 11 was preceded by Apollo 9 which tested the combined Apollo Command/Service Module and the Lunar Module in Earth Orbit, and Apollo 10 which was the Dress Rehearsal for Apollo 11 taking the Lunar Module most of the way to the Moons surface but not landing.
Apollo 11 only went to the moon once. The landing was on July 20th, 1969, and it was the first landing. There were Apollo missions before this in earth orbit and lunar orbit and there were five more landing missions after Apollo 11.
they were Apollo missions (such as; Apollo 11, Apollo 12, Apollo 13, etc.).
The Apollo missions were named more or less in order. After Apollo 1 was destroyed in a fire there were no other manned missions until Apollo 7. As such, starting at Apollo 7, the missions were named in order. Apollo 11 was 4th mission after Apollo 7.
The Apollo missions were named, well, Apollo. If you are asking about the first landing, it was Apollo 11.
There were a total of 11 Apollo missions, from Apollo 7 to Apollo 17. Neil Armstrong was the first man to land on the moon.
Two - Apollo 11 and 12. Apollo 13 would have been the third manned lunar landing.

The question is not clear, there were three astronauts at a time in a Apollo mission , and there were 11 Apollo missions.
Apollo 11 landed there in 1969, but other Apollo missions orbited it before that. Apollo 8 was the first manned mission to the moon, and the astronauts participating orbited the moon but did not land on it.
Apollo 13, Apollo 1, Apollo 8, Apollo 10 and maybe some other ones. But missions Apollo 8 and Apollo 10 weren't planned to go to the moon. They were just preparing for Apollo 11.
