The amount of ultraviolet radiation we are exposed to on Earth increases because the ozone layer, which was supposed to form a barrier to protect us from the UV rays, have decreased in amount. UV rays are bad for health; skin cancer and the weakening of our immune systems.

∙ 13y agoThe Ozone layer acts as a blanket protecting us from the harmful ultraviolet radiations of the sun. if the ozone layer disappears there are very less chances of any living organism to survive as the UV rays will come in and would surely have adverse effects on everyone.
