Think about it: 75% of the earth is covered in water. This seems like a lot, but only 3% of that is freshwater, and only 1% of freshwater is accessible because the rest is frozen in glaciers. Along with this, we are also polluting our water. If we don't start conserving, we may run out of drinkable water completely and have to rely on the rain.
No Droughts happen when nature does not replenish our water supply the fact that there may be water conserved does not mean that there is not a drought on.
