Very true, I couldn't agree more! But your not asking for a lecture, rather for advice...

Side note...if it's a hair test, forget it, you're up a creek on that one. And one great way to know if this or any other method works is to buy some dip sticks yourself, and see if you read clean prior to the actual test.

If you have done drugs such as marijuana, water purification tablets can work, and are very cheap in comparison to the "Sure Fire Magic Bullets" sold by head shops. I know this for a fact as I had my nephew follow this method to pass a urinalysis for probation the following day, after being dumb enough (sorry) to smoke a fat sack to his head the night before the test, as he thought he was going away due to his daily smoking.

I also had a good friend try this for a job and it worked, so I don't believe this was a fluke the first go around.

Personally I don't smoke, but a neighbor of mine did, and she told me about this, and it is a old trick.

Method: Purchase the tablets at WM or any place with a sporting goods store, in the camping section.

The day before the test, place 3 tablets in each of 3, empty two liter soda bottles and fill with plain ole tap water. Total of 9 tabs, 3 bottles. Shake well and let sit, shake again till dissolved. Allow to sit for a hour or two. In the fridge is fine. Was told it tasted a bit better cold.

Drink 2 of the bottles the day prior to the text, and nothing else. Do this within a 12- 16 hour window of the test. Tastes nasty as F, but deal with it, you did the no no.

The following day, drink the 3rd bottle, and nothing else. Stay away from unknown or not self made foods, as spices can foul up the water works. Poppy seeds for sure can cause problems if enough are ingested.

Your urine will be diluted, but should be clean.

No guarantees here, but this is what worked twice in front of my eyes, and what worked for my neighbor and her brood of teens when they went for jobs.

FLUSHING BY DRINKING TONS OF STUFF WILL GET YOU FAILED BY DILUTION THEY WILL KNOW. When you flush it will crash your creatinine levels and crash your specific gravity level .

It is more complicated than taking creatine pills or supplements. Your creatine levels will drop if you dilute your urine. Overloading your liver and kidneys with water will eliminate the presence of free radicals in your urine. Their job is to rid the body of toxins in your blood/body. If you drink water to stop your kidneys from excreting this waste there, will not be the presence of creatine (or toxins) in your urine. This will cause you to fail any lab test.

Keep in mind that most "flushing" or "detoxing" products require that you add them to and consume huge amounts of water. Be aware that this can be dangerous and fatal. It is called Water Intoxication. Your body can handle only so much.

If however you prefer to listen to your fellow drug users than pay attention to established science, feel free to continue to spin the wheel. Just don't be surprised when you get busted for doing something incredibly stupid. There will be no one to blame but you.

I find that eating beets helps flush your insides pretty well eat organic beets everyday for 2weeks that should do it hope i helped.
