This a great question, because after conferring with a half-dozen English professors, no-one could come up with such a word in the English language. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ (when someone is sleeping!) zazz "Z" because it is only one letter meaning that z is the begining and also the end. The only official word I can find is "ZUZ," an ancient silver Hebrew coin. It's plural is of course ZUZIM, like most Hebrew plurals.
