water pump leaking at seal
hard lower radiator hose or loose clamp
hardened or punctured bypass hose
shrunken timing cover gasket
thermostat gasket shrunken
Radiator or hose but probably water pump
Radiator or hoses. Possible water pump
antifreeze (Water) pouring down the front of the engine is from the water pump.
from your overflow valve
Knowing the YEAR would help answer your question a little better. Check these things : Water pump, INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET, And there could be a heater hose fitting screewed into the front left corner of the intake that could be leaking. That's you standing in front of the engine looking at it. There is also a Freeze plug that is hidden on the left front side of the timing cover that could be leaking.
AnswerCheck the water pump. If the water pump bearing is worn out there will be a streak of antifreeze leaking from the bottom of the input shaft.Another prime area for coolant leaks is the intake manifold gaskets. The original gaskets fail at the front corners where the intake manifold meets the heads.
Right in front of the battery.
If the fluid is GREEN in color and you mean near the passenger side front tire it sounds like it could be engine coolant ( usually a 50 / 50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water )
Rear main engine seal or front transmission seals
Into the engine's radiator at the front of the engine compartment ; see the link below to a video tutorial .
Make sure it isn't leaking from above and running down. Such as a front or rear main leak.
The one towards the front of the engine.
