Muscle Spasm, this would be referring to when a blood vessel is broken, the response to fix it would be vasoconstriction. A myogenic spasm would aid in the loss of blood by briefly constricting the muscle where the broken blood vessel is located.

If you are not pregnant and you feel your insides jumping around and can see it from the outside it could simply be a muscle spasm.

If you don't have any other symptoms it could very easily be a muscle spasm, but it has far too much potential for being a problem, so don't ignore it.
