The 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan OBD 2 port is on lower edge of dash above parking brake pedal
Go to your local library and find the manual
right above your brake pedal there is a box above the fuse box the flasher relay is in there
There shouldn't be a fuse for it, if none of the brake lights work, it's probably due to a bad brakelight switch, which is located under the brake pedal.
Check the brake light switch on the brake pedal
There are two. one under the hood near the battery. The other is under the dash near the parking brake pedal.
A short in the brake light circuit.
Check the sensor on the brake pedal arm.
The brake pedal has nothing to do with it. If air is in the system then bleed the brakes.
Look under dash near brake pedal assembly for a damaged wire grounding when pedal is released. Repair and tape it out of the way.
In my 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan ES AWD, the fuse box is a black rectangular box to the right of the battery, as you look into the hood from the front of the vehicle. A lot of them also have fuses under the dash near the P brake pedal.
