the change can be brought about by mostly the industrial sector due to the injudicious use of mineral resources. the fumes or gaseous matter diffuse into the upper atmosphere to degrade its stability. the ozone layer has oxygen in molecular O3 form. due to weakening of this layer by the above mentioned agents, the UV rays of the sun break it down to molecular O2 & [O], which is pure atomic nascent oxygen. this depletes the ozone layer's efficiency & makes it permeable to these rays............
