Would earth change tilt if stopped spinning?

The "tilt" is related to Earth's axis of rotation; both the axis of rotation and the tilt would be undefined if there were no rotation.

Does the moon have a 365-degree rotation?

No, because it revolves around the Earth, always facing the Earth, through a 360 degree arc. On the Moon it would look like the Earth is orbiting the Moon, but if you ignored that, you would see the stars look like they rotate "around" the Moon the same way they do for the Earth. The timing of the rotation of the Earth and the rotation of the Moon are not a factor because both make their 360 degree rotation at their own pace, regardless of the other's period.

What whould happen if the time of rotation for Earth was different?

The days would be longer, and the gravity would be higher if the rotation time of earth was longer. The days would be shorter, and there would be less gravity on Earth if the rotation time decreased.

Does moon have effect on Earth's rotation?

yes; without the moon earth's rotation would be wobbly and disorganized.

How will the Earth rotate without moon?

The Earth's rotation is not dependent on the Moon; without the Moon, the Earth would still rotate. However, the Moon's gravitation gradually slows down Earth's rotation, so without the Moon, it is possible that Earth would now be rotating faster. The Earth's rotation is not dependent on the Moon; without the Moon, the Earth would still rotate. What is Mercury's rotation period and what does rotation mean?

mercury's rotation period is 58.647 earth days. a rotation is when the planet turns around on its axis, like what the earth does once every day.

The rotation of the earth causes a shadow because?

Not strictly true to say that the rotation causes the shadow. Part of the Earth would be shaded from the Sun whether or not the Earth rotated.

How is the Moon's rotation different from Earth's?

The moon's rotation is not as fast as the Earth's rotation.
