What effect would the extinction of the bald eagle have had on humans?

It will greatly effect the humans as any organism when removed or disturbed from the food chain or food web ultimately effects us . As the food chain of bald eagle is :-

PRODUCER---------->HERBIVORE----------->CARNIVORE------------------>CARNIVORE

(CABBAGE) (RABBIT) [SECONDARY [TERTIARY

CONSUMER] CONSUMER]

(SNAKE) (BALD EAGLE)

Now if the tertiary consumer will be removed the population of snake would increase which may cause a severe effect on humans that they would have to remain in fear all time for the snakes....

Not much. While we might have an emotional reaction to the loss of a species (and the U.S would probably change its mascot), there are a wide variety of Birds of Prey that would simply replace the bald eagle's niche in the ecosystem.

What they eat (kingfisher) will become plentiful and the balance of nature will be disturbed. Their prey would grow into thousands and will over run the Areas they live in. also the dragonfly larva would decrease as well as the stickleback and the diving beetle. Which would increase what they eat i.e. water fleas and lesser water boatman but the plant organisms would also decrease because of the increase of water fleas and lesser water boatman.
