plenty would happen!
our lungs would either completely fail and we would have been extinct a long time ago, or we would have evolved with lungs that could use another gas. also, there would be no such thing as fire, as fire needs oxygen to burn, and there is no substitute for it. also, and I could be very wrong about this as this is merely what I think, but water could become much more scarce than it is as there would be no oxygen in the atomosphere to react with the hydrogen to create water, so there would be little, if any water in the world. Trees would either not exist, or, like us, would have learned to survive on something like nitrogen because you can't have carbondioxide without the dioxide. you just have carbon, which isn't a gas. to sum it up, the world would be unfathomably different, if it even existed at all. or perhaps it would have ended up more like Venus or Mars? So yes, oxygen is VERY important. undoubtably the most valuable substance in the world, and thank God it's one of the most common!
There would be no flame because fire needs oxygen to burn, and the Martian atmosphere consists mainly of Carbon Dioxide.
Without the atmosphere, Earth would be exposed to harmful radiation from the sun, extreme temperatures fluctuations between day and night, and no protection from meteors entering the atmosphere. Life as we know it would not be able to exist without the atmosphere providing vital components like oxygen and a stable climate.
The atmosphere is 79.9% oxygen.
The atmosphere contains oxygen that we need to breathe. Without the atmosphere there would be no oxygen to breathe. Also without an atmosphere there would be the vacuum of space and life cannot survive in a vacuum. Just picture living in suits like the astronauts wear.
About 21% of the Earth's atmosphere is oxygen.
There would be no air or oxygen for us to survive.
youll die
If the atmosphere had always been pure oxygen, life as we know it would never have developed. If the atmosphere suddenly became pure oxygen, wild fires would rage throughout the world, and most plants and animals would die in a short time.
There would be no flame because fire needs oxygen to burn, and the Martian atmosphere consists mainly of Carbon Dioxide.
Oxygen levels would increasethey wouldnt increase they would decrease because 80% of oxgyen is from algae
No, because the atmosphere keeps in all the oxygen. Without the atmosphere the oxygen would escape.
The air pressure would be very high, and we might die because of it. There might be low in oxygen because the atmosphere is very thin.
If there were no oxygen on Earth, most living organisms, including humans, would not be able to survive as oxygen is essential for respiration. Without oxygen, aerobic organisms would suffocate and eventually die. The atmosphere would likely become unbreathable, leading to widespread extinction of life.
Nitrogen and Oxygen would be 2 of the gases in the atmosphere.
Forest fires would be much worse than they are, but people would be able to climb Mount Everest without taking oxygen bottles.
