I don't think man would've had the opportunity to evolve safely. Had there been such super-predators, I don't we would've been able to make such big societal jumps as needed ... or at a minimum, they would've taken much longer to occur.

There would be dinos still living today

The dinosaurs (non-avian) never went extinct. They are still living around the world, but some people have been misled to believe that dinosaurs are terrible Hollywood-movie monsters that should not exist and which should destroy everything, and that idea is stupid and shows a lack of intelligence and common sense. Dinosaurs are just simply animals, not movie-monsters. Dinosaurs are still alive, not extinct.

If dinosaurs had not become extinct, one possible result is that mammals would have continued in their small ecological niche and people would never have evolved.

Answer:
There has been a considerable discussion of this scenario. Many biologists feel that eeventually some dinosaur species would have been in a situation where increased intelligence would have been an evolutionary advantage. If this happened there is every chance that a "dinosaur sapiens" would have developed that would be our equivalent in intellectual acheivement.

EDIT: Dinosaurs did not go extint. There are about 10,000 species alive today which we call birds.

If dinosaurs weren't extinct and humans were alive, we'd all be dead. So far, people would be happy if dinosaurs were extinct, but they are. So as the science elumetive surface, we wouldn't see dinosaurs forever.

It's impossible to know. It's like asking what would happen if the Cuban Missile Crisis went sour. Who knows?

who said every single last one of them died. look at cryptozoology for more insight.
