MOre than it is worth
I have a regent 22 caliber 8 shot revolver. It is a double action revolver and has a 6 inch barrel. Made in Germany or the parts imported into the US and assembled here. New cost approx $39.00. Go to gunbroker.com, place regent in the search box and there is one listed now for you to see.
$25-$75. Low cost firearms, no longer imported, indifferent quality. Same with the 22lr, 22mag, and 38spl.
Proofhouse.com has sn tables for Colt you can look at to see when it was made. You could get a letter from Colt, but, that will cost @ 100 USD.
Sorry- you do not have a Smith & Wesson revolver. You have an Arminius revolver made in CALIBER .32 S&W. Most were made in the early 1960s. Import was banned in 1968. These are low cost firearms with a frame made from a zinc alloy. No specific date of manufacture records. Value in good condition $100 or less. .
It would have to be custom built
About $20
50-500 USD depending on specifics
That would depend on the caliber, and type of bullet, the rifle uses.
By asking the factory to check their records on that serial number revolver. It may cost for the research.
It depends on what caliber.
Cost, caliber and maker.
