The book, "The Bully," by Paul Langan was a very good book. It kept me interested throughout the entire book, and it had a good theme to it. I always wanted to read more to find out what was going to happen next. It also has a very good ending. I recommend that you read this book, because it is really good, and it is really interesting. The book is about a boy that moves to a new school, and has to deal with a bully that harasses him daily. He has to make a decision if he wants to keep running, or if he wants to stop the bully. He also learns a lot about himself and what he is capable of. If you like books like, "The Hatchet," or other stories with adventure and having to overcome the odds, then you will really like this book.
This book is about a 14 year boy named Darrell Mercer who moved from Philadelphia to California in the middle of his first year of high school, He left all his friends back in Philly and he had to face a new life in California where he didn't know a soul, He quickly becomes a target for Tyray Hobbs, the Bluford Freshman class bully, and Darrell had to make a choice, either keep on running from this Bully or find a way to fight back. Read the book and you'll find out.
