No. It's not necessary.
They are subject to heavy predation from a tick that caries this bacteria and transmits it to the deer. The deer do not present symptoms as they are a vector of the parasitic bacteria and not the terminal host.
Data Terminal Equipment (DTE)A Data Terminal Equipment (DTE) is a communication device that is the source or destination of signals on a network, typically a terminal or a computer. It communicaties with the data circuit-terminating equipment and can perform all the required functions necessary to permit users to communicate.
An earth terminal transmits data up to the satellite. The satellite can then either shoot it right back down in its footprint to another earth station where the data was meant to go. It can relay it directly to any amount of other satellites and then down to the other earth terminal you were wanting to talk to. Or it can go up to the satellite, back down to another terminal, up to another satellite, and then down to where you wanted to "talk" to.
Just to signify that that exact point is the final or latest limiting point.

The axon is the elongated fiber that extends from the cell body to the terminal endings and transmits the neural signal. The larger the axon, the faster it transmits information. Some axons are covered with a fatty substance called myelin that acts as an insulator. These myelinated axons transmit information much faster than other neurons.
REMOVAL Turn the ignition switch to the Off position. Be certain that all electrical accessories are turned off. Loosen the battery negative cable terminal clamp pinch-bolt hex nut. Disconnect the battery negative cable terminal clamp from the battery negative terminal post. If necessary, use a battery terminal puller (2) to remove the terminal clamp from the battery post. Loosen the battery positive cable terminal clamp pinch-bolt hex nut. Disconnect the battery positive cable terminal clamp from the battery positive terminal post. If necessary, use a battery terminal puller (2) to remove the terminal clamp from the battery post. Remove the battery cables from the battery. Remove the battery thermal guard (1). Remove the battery hold down bolt (1) and battery hold down (2) from the battery. WARNING: Wear a suitable pair of rubber gloves (not the household type) when removing a battery by hand. Safety glasses should also be worn. If the battery is cracked or leaking, the electrolyte can burn the skin and eyes. Remove the battery from the battery tray.

North Terminal.
A polarized capacitor will only allow a voltage drop in one direction, due to the design of the electrolyte. The plus terminal needs to be always more positive than the minus terminal. Any other connection will destroy the capacitor. Older style can-type capacitors have the case being the common minus terminal. Some terminals are marked only with a red dot. That is the plus terminal. Some are marked with an arrow; in general, that is the minus terminal, but you should read the markings carefully and, if necessary, consult the product specification sheet.
