The answer to this lovely question is Propulsion!
No spaceship has landed on Jupiter. It is not possible as it is a gas planet. Apart from fly- past spacecraft, only Galileo has orbited it in 1975. It released a probe into Jupiter's atmosphere which was crushed and probably vaporized.
Voyager 1 is powered by three radioisotope thermoelectric generators (RTGs) that convert heat released from the radioactive decay of plutonium-238 into electricity. This power source allows the spacecraft to operate its instruments and communicate with Earth, even in the extreme conditions of deep space. The RTGs provide a steady supply of power over long durations, enabling Voyager 1 to continue its mission well beyond its initial operational life.
Liquid waste (urine) was collected in a Urine Collection Device, used in common by the crew of an Apollo spacecraft. Roll-on cuffs provided personal sanitary protection for the astronauts using the collection device. The urine was then transferred through the Urine Transfer Tube to a tank, from which the liquid waste was vented into space. Fecal matter was sealed in a Fecal Bag with a liquid germicide and sealed again in an outer bag. This solid waste was then placed into a Sanitation Box built into the spacecraft.
Carbon is released into the atmosphere primarily through the burning of fossil fuels, such as coal, oil, and natural gas, which occurs in transportation, electricity generation, and industrial processes. Additionally, deforestation contributes to carbon emissions, as trees that naturally absorb carbon dioxide are cut down and often burned, releasing stored carbon back into the atmosphere.
While in earths atmosphere, chemical rocketry provides the propulsion. Once the space craft is aloft and free from earth's gravity, it course and trajectory is powered by chemical reaction directed through nozzles. The internal power is provided by "fuel cell's" which is a different type of chemical reaction that provides a steady flow of electrical power for use in life support ,communications, computers, etc.
