At the moment it is still 2012, but, each year the x factor auditions have started around the month of May, this has been the same for the uk and usa x factor auditions.
So far it is not known when next years auditions will start, but it is safe to presume they will be around the time of May, just like they have each year, to apply for next years x factor auditions, you will need to wait until the forms become available, around when the 2012 x factor shows end.
