Did John Wesley start the Jehovah's Witnesses?

No, John Wesley was an Anglican cleric and Christian theologian largely credited for starting the Methodist movement. He died in 1791. How did Charles make the Jehovah church?

You must mean Charles Taze Russell. He was part of a Bible study group who set about trying to work out what the Bible really taught. In their studies they quickly realised many of the doctrines of the mainstream churches were not found in the Bible. 9The Trinity, the immortal soul, hellfire) This so impressed them that they of course wanted to tell others. Charles was a very successful businessman, and he felt what he was learning was so important that he sold his chain of shops and poured his fortune into a Bible magazine (the Watchtower) to show people what the Bible said. Of course he didn't know everything, and many of the conclusions he had at the time are no longer believed by jehovah's Witnesses, but that was the start of a movement that now is engaged in the greatest Bible education in history. There are over 7.5 million JWs busy teaching people what they know about the Bible today in hundreds of languages. For more info, visit: watchtower.org/

Who invented Jehovah's Witnesses?

The modern-day history of the Christian faith known as Jehovah's Witnesses began with the forming of a group for Bible study in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. It was founded by Charles Taze Russell in 1881. At first they were known only as Bible Students, but in 1931 they adopted the name Jehovah's Witnesses.According to the Bible, the line of witnesses of Jehovah reaches back to faithful Abel. At Hebrews 11:4-12:1, in reference to a "great cloud of witnesses," we read: "By faith Abel offered God a sacrifice of greater worth than Cain . By faith Noah, after being given divine warning of things not yet beheld, showed godly fear . By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed in going out into a place he was destined to receive as an inheritance . By faith Moses, when grown up, refused to be called the son of the daughter of Pharaoh, choosing to be ill-treated with the people of God rather than to have the temporary enjoyment of sin . So, then, because we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also put off every weight and the sin that easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us."With reference to Jesus Christ, the Bible states: "These are the things that the Amen says, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation by God." (Revelation 3:14-italics mine)Of whom was he a witness? He himself said that he made his Father's name manifest. The Bible identifies his father's name as Jehovah. (Psalms 83:18- Original King James Version) Jesus was the foremost witness of Jehovah. (John 17:6)Interestingly, some of the Jews asked whether the activity of Jesus Christ represented a new teaching. (Mark 1:27) Later, some Greeks thought the apostle Paul was introducing a new teaching. (Acts 17:19,20) It was not really a new teaching, but it was new to the ears of those who were hearing it. The important thing was that it was the truth, and in full harmony with God's Word.Jehovah's Witnesses teach that there is no biblical basis for the Trinity, and that there is one solitary divine being from the beginning of history. They believe Christ is not God, but rather, God's first created being (a spirit person).Jehovah's Witnesses are a worldwide Christian society of people who actively bear witness regarding Jehovah God and his purposes affecting mankind, actively preaching in over 235 countries, in hundreds of languages.A blinded man called Charles Taze Russell
