What was the exact time the world started?

The time the world started is unknown. If by "world" you mean the earth, scientists say it was formed about 4.5 billion years ago.

Various religions have many different answers to this question and I am not saying mine is the only one.

Another answerBishop Ussher's calculated date of the Creation of the Earth is Sunday, 23rd October, 4004BC, while others have different dates. For example, Barry Setterfield has calculated it as 5769BC.

History begins with the invention of writing, because the name of a person or city would appear on different documents from different sources, and historians can begin to assemble a reasonably accurate chronology, placing events over a wide geographical area in context. When writing first began is still open to debate, but it was quite a few thousand years ago.
