How do you become the assassin in assassins creed2?

You start off doing jobs for your dad (delivering letters and contacting people) then you start doing jobs for other people. Then you end up doing the dirty work for people. (killing). When half your family are executed, you plan to assassinate the people behind it. The bigger plot unfolds and your work gets dirtier.

Find all of the codex packages. Look on your map. The sybol looks kinda like the treasure sybol. Once there all found go back to your castle and make the wall look like a map of the world. Its really easy to figure out.....if you completeed the first assassins creed.

you level them up by using them or by sending them on missions by interacting with a pigeon coup or a assassin tower.(assassin towers you have to take over)
