When does it start getting cold in Wisconsin?

Although, compared to some, Wisconsin summers are relatively cold. Wisconsin does have autumn and spring, which are both extremely beautiful. But, while Wisconsin does have all 4 seasons, they are a bit cold compared to other state's seasons. Summers are a bit colder and winters are a bit longer. So while Wisconsin isn't buried in snow, the fact remains true that Wisconsin is cold.
