The only reference I could find to anyone by that name was an Army Times article from June of 2009, announcing that someone with that name was on the promotion list for Sergeant (E5). See related link.

It comes out Jan. 25 in the army times. If you have access to AKO and you are enlisted person there is a section on there that tells you about promotions. Hope this helped!
