The newest book in the Heroes of Olympus series ( kind of an extended Percy Jackson series) is called Mark of Athena and will be released Fall 2012
Actually the 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians' series is over. The new series 'Heroes of Olympus' doesn't focus on Percy, there are only appearances and mentions of the previous characters.

Because in book 5 "The Last Olympian" the Great Prophecy was fulfilled and the Great prophecy was the theme of the Percy Jackson books. Then Rachel Elizabeth Dare (a mortal who could see through the mist) became the new oracle and proclaimed the next great prophecy. Rick Riordan then wrote his next book, "The Lost Hero" the beginning of a sequel series to the Percy Jackson books. But this new series is about the new demigods that will come to camp half-blood. The next book "The Son of Neptune (Poseidon)" is supposed to come out this Fall 2011.
