The penis grows starting at birth to about age 16 to 18 or so. It usually grows the most during puberty, which can start any time between 10 and 15. But it will continue to grow into your adulthood. Where and when you develop is going to vary with the person. By 16 you probably have about as much as you are going to have. Everyone is different.

∙ 14y agoBoys penises are growing slowly from birth up until puberty. Once they hit puberty at around 12-years-old the body has a growth spurt. The penis will start to grow longer and the testes will enlarge. The penis will continue to grow longer and then thicker too.
The boy and his penis grows through puberty into adulthood and will keep growing until around 20-years-old. By this time the penis will have reached it's size it is going to stay.
It makes no difference if the boy has been circumsized or not on the size it will be, and It is not possible to say what size the penis will be either as this is down to the genes he has inherited. He cannot make his penis grow quicker or bigger.
The average size penis of the adult is between 3" and 4" flaccid and 6" erect.

∙ 13y agoDuring the course of puberty, the penis will reach its adult length and girth. This usually starts at about age 11-12, although this may be later in some "late blooming" males. Puberty stops usually between the ages of 20-23 so your penis could grow from when you start slowly until you stop puberty or it could grow to its maximum halfway through your puberty.
