There is a room called The Room Of Requirement which was made in Hogwarts for teachers who wished to hide something or use it for any other needs. The teachers had no idea that some of the students new about the room. The way to get the room to open to the room that you want. You walk around the corriders surrounding it and think what you want. Love and lust is a bit hard to explain, you will understand it when you are older. (Note: they didn't kiss because Fred was there; they kissed because they didn't know Fred was there. And it was George, just for the record.)
In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry and Ginny kiss after Harry comes back from detention that had meant he missed the final Qudditch match of the season (he also happened to be the captain at the time). He enters the common room and Ginny runs up telling him they won and Harry kisses her. In the movie, Harry and Ginny kiss for the first time in the Room of Requirement when Ginny goes with Harry to hide the potions book that after he hurt Malfoy (which is why he had detention in the book).
The book screams, which alerts Filch to the presence of somebody in the restricted section. Harry then has to hide and eventually finds the Mirror of Erised.
He hides it in the room of requirement where there is a load of other stuff that's been hidden there by other students. In this room, Harry first glimpses the Lost Diadem of Ravenclaw, which he later recognizes as a horcrux.
