When i try to trade between Pokemon emerald and firered it says on emerald that it isn't ready to trade with that region yet ive done everything i need to in Pokemon FireRed to trade whats my problem?

if you have given the ruby and the sapphire to celio, then it should be able to do so.but if still does not happen then trade your Pokemon to ruby/sapphire and then transfer to fire red

The only way you can trade between emerald and firered is by wireless adapters, in emerald you need the national dex and in firered you do as well plus in firered and emerald you need to beat the elite four and in firered you need to deliver the ruby and sapphire to celio at one island once this is all complete you can trade between emerald and firered any Pokemon you want.
