They will say 10-12 weeks if your a new student or 3-5 weeks if your not. Currently I have been waiting 3 months for a refund of $974.00, although my account balance shows I'm owed $3767.00. Pretty much their refund policy sucks, I think they are holding our refunds for their own profit somehow.
