The actual show is coming out 24 May this year and ends about six weeks later, so given that the series 4 DVD was released about two weeks after the finale, it is likely that they will do the same with series 5. It hasn't yet been released when it will be available

No. The book series only goes to Four. If by chance you're referring to the TV show, Yes, there was a 5th season but those aren't referred to as "Volumes". The 5th season DVD set is referred to as Series 5.
