In 2014, approximately 37,288 units of the Corvette were sold. This marked a significant year for the model, as it was the first full year of sales for the seventh-generation Corvette, known as the C7. The strong sales were attributed to the car's updated design and performance features.
The 2014 Corvette, specifically the C7 model, has a curb weight of approximately 3,298 pounds (1,496 kg) for the coupe version and around 3,351 pounds (1,520 kg) for the convertible. This weight contributes to its performance characteristics, including acceleration and handling. The lightweight design is a key feature of the Corvette, enhancing its overall driving dynamics.
