When is the next Beyblade tournament in?

They say Beyblade season 4 is airing in Japan in August (not sure what date), but it would be awhile (maybe a few months) before it is dubbed and is released in other countries. If your really desperate to see it, it would most likely be on YouTube soon after its release, and someone may put subtittles on it.
According to the Official Bey Blade company, there will be a new BEYBLADE theme, called BEYBLADE Burst, there is no set time for release, just announced as coming soon.

Beyblade, as of the end of 2004, had three seasons. The fourth season (series, whatever) has been recently released in Japan. Be forwarned, however, that all the characters are different but the plot line remains relatively the same. From what I've heard, if the show does well enough in Japan, it will be released in other countries. We'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.
