As of my last update in October 2023, there are no official announcements regarding future Wi-Fi events for Pokémon Black and White 2. These games are part of an older generation, and official events for them have become increasingly rare. It's actually called Meloetta, and apparently is an event Pokemon, and can't be found in the game without hacking or going to an event. The event is probably more safer to go to gamewise, or you'll waste an hour trying to hack into your Pokemon black/white.

I have Pokemon Black, and as far as i know you cannot catch event legendarys without an event (eg. Genocect, Zorua). You cannot catch some Pokemon on the game, but Pokemon White can, and White can't catch some Pokemon that you can catch on Pokemon White. Lol!
