That depends on whether they've repented for their crime and recognize the severity of their actions. It is no one's place to judge what is in the heart of another, but the tradition I was raised in taught that if a person is truly sorry for his or her crime whatever it may be, then they can be saved through the Grace and Mercy of Jesus Christ.

However, that does not excuse them from their sentence here on earth. Jesus said, "Give unto Ceasar what is Ceasars, and unto God what is God's." Although a repentant rapist may attain salvation through Christ after their repentance, they still must face the punishment of their crime here on earth.

Whether their sentence be life imprisonment or in some cases Capital Punishment, if a rapist is truly repentant for his sins, then he is willing to face whatever sentence is handed down upon him knowing that however harsh it may be, he will be saved through God's Grace in the next life.

There is 'Man's Law' and there is 'God's Law,' both are different, but both must be served, whatever they may be.

They go to Hell. Chinese believe they get fried in oil when they go to hell.

Islamic Perspective:

They go to Hell, unless they repent and:

1-ask for forgiveness from those whom they harmed,

2-submit to get the punishment they deserve in the present life.
