1. With ENG at operating temperature, shift through all

If the filter is mounted in the fuel tank, no. It is replaced when the fuel pump is replaced. If the filter is mounted in the fuel line it should have been replaced every 50,000 miles.
The fuel filter is a permanent filter located inside the fuel tank. It is only replaced when the pump is replaced.
It is in the tank, supposedly it is a lifetime filter and never needs replacing
remove transmission pan at right rear of transaxle, pull out old filter insert new one
