Hibiscus might start showing growth in the spring as late as June in the more northern states of the US. They often begin showing spring growth at the end of February in southern states like Florida.

I am not sure what you are asking. If you are asking what is an hibiscus flower. It is a beautiful exotic flower that usually grows in Africa and the Hawiian islands. I believe it also grows in the tropical rain forests. I have research on this. You can also plant it here in America, but you need to take extra close care of it. If you are asking when does it bloom, it depends on which hibiscus plant you are talking about, because different hibiscus plants grow at different times

If unplucked it blooms today and wilts tomorrow.

Hibiscus plants will flower year round when the weather is warm enough, and conditions are right. Some varieties need more heat than others to bloom.
