Fodder "box" is actually this metal, man toilet looking thing (sorry, only way to describe it) and it's at the left of the barn door (yes, it only appears if you have a barn). When you want to put fodder in, it puts all of it in automatically (unless you hold a certain amount and put it in). You can grow fodder too, btw.
