I don't know what a pachymeter is. But here's how to get the average of
any five numbers, no matter where they came from:
-- Add up all five numbers.
-- Divide the sum by 5 . The quotient is the average of the five numbers.
the correct answer
27
The answer will depend on what the five numbers represent!
An average is where you take all the numbers and add them together. You then divide that total by the amount of numbers and it gives you an average number. For example, the average of 5,6,7,8 and 9 - add them to get 35, then divide that by 5 to give an average of 7.

The answer is lots... 1 option and the simplest is 5 30s... Another option is 27,28, 30, 32,33 also do.. 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 also should. Really any 5 numbers that add up to 150 will give you an average of 30! so 146, 1, 1, 1, 1 also gives you an average of 30... as does 130, 2, 5, 12, 1 Hope this helps
Five minus seven is negative two. Here's a trick: switch the numbers around and then take your answer. Give it a minus sign.
The average of a group of numbers is the sum of the numbers divided by the number of numbers. Because this is probably a homework problem, I won't give you the answer, but I can give you some help: #1) What is the sum of 10, 3, 8, 4 and 5? #2) How many numbers do you have? #3) Your answer will be the answer to #1 divided by the answer to #2.
Add them together divide by 2 EX: 90, 124, average=107
1 to 9. Four to five being the average.
101 to 199 give 50 odd numbers. Their sum is 7,500.[I'm not too certain that the question meant 'the average total'? But, the odd numbers average total would be 7,500 ÷ 50 = 150]
