Scientific reports show yes swimming is better than jogging when tyring to lose weight. I'm 14 and I was 170 lbs and after 3 months I'm now 132 lbs, as swimming is quite intensive but in order to lose weight its not only just swimming but to cut into foods that aren't good for you. Good luck
