Sea planes might be found at small airports near water. There aren't too many left. Sea planes were used a lot before WWII, when there weren't too many airports. WWII led to the building of airports all over the world, so sea planes all but faded away. You might have better luck looking for a sea plane in a museum instead of at an airport.

It is on the opposite side of the Arctic, so they combined anti- and Arctic( which means cold,that is how the Arctic got its name) and created Antarctic.
