This is a little bit of a tricky question. Marvel had been integrated into Timely and Atlas for a while before releasing any titles on its own. The first comic that was officially labeled as Marvel comics was Amazing Adventures #3. See the related link below for more details.

I'm assuming that you mean Marvel Comics

The company started in 1939 as Timely Publications, and by the early 1950s had generally become known as Atlas Comics. Marvel's modern incarnation dates from 1961, with the company later that year launching Fantastic Four and other superhero titles created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, and others.

Marvel Comics has been around since 1939. The company, then, was called Timely Comics, founded by Martin Goodman. One of their earliest publications was Marvel Comics#1, which featured the first appearances of Human Torch (The android who's secret identity was "Jim Hammond", not to be confused with Marvel's other Human Torch of the Fantastic Four, Johnny Storm) and their resident Prince of Atlantis, Namor the Sub-Mariner!In the 1950's, Timely became Atlas Comics. And in the 60's, sometime after the publication of their earliest superheroes The Fantastic Four, Ant-Man, Hulk, and Spider-Man, it became known as Marvel Comics.
