Last time Nick Cotton in Eastenders he made enemys with Billy Mitchell he blackmailed him about Jase Dyer murder if Nick return to Eastenders again this year will he enemys with Ian Beale or Stacey?
This is possible but nothing has been written along these lines, especially as he has no current plans to return to the soap.
