Theres about a 50/50 chance....theres a live action Fairly Odd Parents Movie coming out, but I would say Danny Phantom would be a lot more promising and could probably come out as a trilogy. If Hollywood keeps lacking ideas (For real, theres a movie about how FACEBOOK was created....) I could see a Danny Phantom Live Action being made, if not Theatrical, a Nick T.V movie for sure.
--- So far all of Nick's Live Action Movies have been epic fails, you wouldn't want there to be a Danny Phantom live action >.<
BUT, I did hear Chilllettucefilms's were in the process of making one, the producer is uploading videos on YouTube to see what fans want in the movie, you should check it out so the movie doesn't get destroyed.

∙ 12y agoDanny Phantom creator Butch Hartman wants there to be one as he tossed around the idea of a possible film since he is started the series, but no official word has been made stating it is in production.

i know one of the episodes is called 'Shades of Grey" when Danny is hiding from Valerie at one point, and Sam helps him out. I'm trying to find the other. hope this helps. They fake-out make-out in Shades Of Gray and Memory Blank, two real ones in Phantom Planet, the finale episode, and I think that's all.
