I'm no scientist, I'm not very old either, but I do know a lot about planets. Jupiters storm probably will never end, and if it does, something major happened/ will happen. Something like the planet exploding, say? The storm will definetly wear off. I don't see how the storm WILL end, so I don't think there is a very accurate answer to that...
