Yes that would be very rude to say that. If you want to end a relationship, just politely say that you need to talk, and take her into a private place or somewhere where you won't make a scene, and just simply say that you want to break up. Also be sure to tell her why, and why it wasn't going to work anymore, so she just doesn't think you are being a jerk. Be nice about it, and don't be rude.
