i've never heard of provoking probation, i assume you mean to revoke probation. Revocation of probation usually occurs when you violate the terms of your release. A common violation is alcohol cumsuptions. Usually you will see a judge in this case and you may possibly have to serve the rest of your time in jail instead of probation if it is a serious enough infraction. Probation is a chance for you to prove to the court you can be better, it is something that is given, therefore can be taken away.
Typically, a motion to revoke probation will be filed, an arrest warrant issued, a hearing held to determine whether or not conditions of probation were violated. If the judge decides to find that conditions were violated, then the judge decides whether to revoke probation or impose some other sanction. This could be jail time, more community service, a research project, classes, treatment program etc.
A judge and prosecutor will prosecute you and you will be sentenced with a penalty such as days in jail.
Simple. Just follow ALL the rules set forth in your probation documents and you will do just fine. JUST REMEMBER: Because you got probation does NOT mean you 'got away with it.' Probation is a sentence for being found GUILTY.
U die
It depends on what the violation is.
Did you mean to say that you were released on PAROLE? Regardless. . . if you violate the provisions of your release you can be returned to confinement to serve the remainder of your sentence.
That's a violation of your probation. Most likely 6 months in jail.
You can be declared in violation of your probation and thrown back in jail.
Yes
You go to jail on a probation violation.

TECHNICALLY you are on probation until the end (midnight) of the day your probation expires. I guess that if you committed a VOP prior to midnight you could be violated.
Nothing. The probation continues until it is over or a violation occurs.
A Probation Violation Warrant will be issued. Your probation could get revoked and you could be sentenced to a term of incareration in jail or prison.
