Well depending on how long your tampon has been in. When you first put the tampon in there should be no blood when you wipe, the tampon should absorb it up, after a few hours and depending on your flow, you might start to notice some blood when you wipe. When that happens you should probably change your tampon to avoid leaking or staining. Good Luck

If you only have blood in your urine, that's more likely to be a UTI. If you only have blood that's noticeable when you wipe, it could be implantation bleeding (rare) or ovulation bleeding (more common).
The best way to wipe out is to do it until nothing remains.
depends on your surrounding. a phonebook makes an excellent source of toilet paper as well as a towel you dry your hands with. and if there is absolutely nothing........... you know what you need to do. wipe it on your hands and wash it off after. p.s. dont forget to clean under your nails

If you notice red stains on your underwear but find nothing when you wipe, it could indicate a few possibilities. It may be due to menstrual bleeding, irritation, or a urinary tract infection, where blood is present in the urine but not evident during wiping. It's important to monitor any additional symptoms and consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and advice.
