Age has nothing to do with ability. Clairvoyance usually needs to be documented over several years to be determined as does telepathy. Empathy like sympathy is usually pretty obvious, most emotional stable humans feel both. Someone with the ability to project emotions is what a telempath is, and again, it takes years of documentation to be sure this is one of your talents
